About the Binaytara Foundation Cancer Center:

The Binaytara Foundation Cancer Center is a cancer focused hospital located in Janakpur. As a 25-bed hospital with a vision for growth, we are embarking on an ambitious expansion to become a 200-bed hospital. This expansion aims to significantly enhance our healthcare delivery, research capabilities, and educational outreach, thereby making a profound impact on cancer care in Nepal and beyond.

Role Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will play a pivotal role in managing our hospital’s current operations and leading the expansion project. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in healthcare administration, strategic growth, and operational efficiency. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, medical and administrative staff, and the Binaytara Foundation leadership to ensure excellence in patient care while strategically scaling up our facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the hospital’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the hospital’s expansion, including infrastructure development, service diversification, and capacity building.
  • Oversee the hospital’s financial management, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation, to support current operations and future growth.
  • Maintain and enhance quality control standards to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
  • Cultivate a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, professional development, and innovation.
  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with government entities, healthcare organizations, donors, and the community to garner support for the hospital’s mission and expansion.
  • Lead fundraising and revenue generation initiatives to secure the financial resources necessary for expansion.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-caliber team capable of delivering on the hospital’s mission and growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of executive leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with a demonstrated track record in hospital management and expansion projects.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, financial management, and strategic planning in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with hospital information system (HIS)/electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing coding.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence.
